The President of CCS, Kelly Packer, has been working in the IT industry for over 20 years, and specifically in certification exam development for 15 years. This has provided him with a vast amount of knowledge, experience, and leadership to draw from when managing the certification needs for any certification program. As a Program Manager for Drake Training and Technologies, he learned the value of listening closely to clients' needs, and managing their programs together with them as a team. When Kelly joined Galton Technologies, he built and managed the Program Management department with the philosophy that a certification program needs to be a combination of solid psychometric principles, balanced with the needs and goals of the clients.
CCS has grown into a team of Psychometricians, Facilitators, Editors, and Program Managers, all of whom have extensive knowledge and experience in the certification exam development industry, and who are qualified to assist in the laying out, putting together and managing any certification program
Psychometricians: Our Psychometricians will make sure that all exams meet the highest psychometric standards, and well as handle all aspects of statistical exam analysis. They will assist in building exams, and ensure they are legally defensible. They have been schooled in both the academic world, and through many years of experience in the business world. They have skills in not only the statistical arena, but also in psychometric principles and standards that are used through out the industry, and can use the tools necessary for all statistical analysis, and well as psychometric evaluation.
Facilitators: Our Facilitators are seasoned professionals who have developed systematic practices that have earned them excellent reputations as some of the top facilitators in the industry. Their skills and abilities at group dynamics allow them to facilitate both small and large groups, keeping them focused on the topics at hand, and still allow for the creative brainstorming process to work well. Whether the event is a Job Task Analysis, Item Development Workshop, or a Technical Review, our facilitators can adjust to the size, complexity and diversity of any group they are asked to work with.
Editors: Our Editors are well respected in the industry as being able to edit even the most difficult of exams with consistency and speed, and maintain the integrity of the items they edit. Some of our editors are psychometricians, others have learned these psychometric standards over years of experience of editing a wide variety of documents. All of our editors follow the highest psychometric standards used in the industry today.
Program Managers:
Our Program Managers have been seasoned over many years in providing high quality service to those they work with in the IT industry. As with other members of the CCS team, our PMs have a variety of backgrounds, and have received their education in both the academic arena, and through years of working directly with clients. Our PMs are known not only for their organization skills that allow them to manage multiple processes as well as multiple projects simultaneously, but also for their ability to communicate quickly and efficiently with all resources involved in a project, and to listen and learn from their clients about their specific needs and requirements.
